Q: I got a quote from another company that was lower than what you gave me. Why should I go with your services?
A: As a professional licensed mover, we will never be able to compete with other companies who fly under the radar and are uninsured, unlicensed, and that do not have the other expenses that a real business has. It may be tempting to utilize the services of a rouge mover, But there is great risk involved. When you utilize the services of a reputable licensed mover, you have greater consumer security.
Q: How do you charge for services?
A: Our pricing system is easy to understand. For local service, we have a set hourly rate for certain crew sizes. There are no extra charges for flights of stairs, assembly, or any other service. For long distance service, contact us for details.
Q: If your Employees are injured while working in my home, am I responsible for their medical bills?
A: No. Our company carries workers compensation as required by law, and we are totally responsible for any work related injuries during performance of their duties. We do not use temporary labor or subcontractors.
